Sub-standard workmanship and refusal to complete jobs

Hired oct 9 to perform numerous jobs on residential property. Jobs were sub-standard (stairs not centered, header bar cut too short on storm door, unlevel front walkway, appeared to not know how to install door, capping around side door done poorly with one side longer than other with exorbitant amount of caulking used, chunks out of door frame at side of house and chunks out of storm door, parged basement walls but work sub-standard, basement still leaks where worker filled foundation crack, took $1000 for materials and put it on his personal bills and I had to pay 600 to get windows, refused to come and finish/correct work already paid for, refused to answer calls. This person has been paid approximately $7000 since october 9th and I am satisfied with only 2 of the jobs.
