Kept billing me after cancelling on at least four occasions

I tried the free trial version & immediately was struck by the way the program acted more like virus. Within the next 12 hours I uninstalled the program (it was very hard, since it had embedded itself in a lot of other places in the system). My calls have met with "It will be credited to your account immediately"- this has not yet occurred. Emails that I have provided registration key have been for the most part ignored. Just got my January bill - here it is billed again! This program is a scam! Don't even consider TRYING this. I guarantee you will be sorry. I do feel they owe me for at least 5 months @ $14.99 $29.99 for 5 months which equal $227.50, especially since I have never used it except the one time. I work on computers professionally, but I'm not charging for my repair time of about 3 days. Considering my past experience, I do not expect to see this money returned, but when the amount reaches grand theft, I will just file criminal charges.
