Gas has been shut off to my house on the coldest day in a century by Columbia Gas of Ohio, Because according to 19 action news "they have a supplier problem" no one will give me any update as to when I will receive my service again. Each time I call, they say they are working on the problem, but no answers as to why it happened and when I will have heat again. My family has endured this day with extra clothing and space heaters, however it is real cold in the house and ice forming on the shower and tub floors due to leaving water trickling. This is ridiculous and I believe we the Columbia Gas customers deserve an answe
