I purchased a 42 inch samsung wall mount tv on 11/25/04. Abc delivered the tv the day before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving we noticed it was not coming in very well. The following day I called ABC to return the tv. I was told they had a no return policy. I was told to call and get service on this tv. I did. Repair person came out and placed an order for repair parts. When the parts came in, he came back and we all agreed it wasn't coming in as clear as it should. The repair person ordered a new tv to replace the one he had worked on. The tv was delivered and the repair person met at our home to install. Still the tv was terrible. I called the general manager at ABC to see if we could now return the tv. Still the answer was no. I just feel when you spend 4,000 dollars on a tv you should be told there is a no refund policy, which we weren't told. The matter is still unresolved. Please beware if you plan to shop here. They make the sale and leave out very important information. Robin
