We took my daughter out to Chili's in Searcy AR for her birthday. When we received our food it was not that good and part was not hot. My daughter ordered mac and cheese as a side and it did not come out until she was done with her meal. I called and talked to a manager the day after and was promised a gift card to be sent to me in the mail. After not receiving for 2 weeks I contacted them again and was once again promised to have one sent. It has now been 3 months after the visit and nothing has been sent. Very disappointed. We usually love eating there but it will be a very long time before we go back.
