ABS floor covering Knowingly allowing A thug like Harold Dickerson to not pay his installers

Harold Dickerson who is a sub-contractor with ABS floor covering of Phoenix is the worst crook i've ever dealt with in all my years of doing tile!!! Harold Dickerson pay all of his guys with cash with is cheating uncle sam and ABS floorcovering know this and they dont care to do a thing about it. Harold Dickerson is obnoxious, rude, unprofessional and a lot of times tries to be intimidating to all of his workers; he freely uses the MF profanity towards his guys to intimidate them. He claims to have been doing tiles for over 30 yrs but he bogus; the craftsmanship in his work shows and also the lack of knowledge in doing a farely simple job. Harold loves to show of his scandaleous ways by blurriing to his guys that he has 4 girlfriends and a wife (wow isn't that a red flag telling the world how big of a cheat you are or what???). He normally blurt that out about 3 times a day. Harold would make up the time that you had put in to work so he could pay you what you want. Im so surprise how someone could deal with this guy and let him go on for so long.
