Ordered exotic meat products on 12/16, with 2 day shipping costs, for Christmas meals. Repeated calls, emails, texts, to ascertain status of order went unanswered. Spoke with purported manager on 12/23 who said product would be shipped overnight delivery and expect shipping confirmation by 5 pm, PST. Nothing ever came by email, text or otherwise and attempts to reach business on 12/24 unsuccessful.
