Custom Framing not so "Custom"

I thought instead of going to Michael’s I would give the new guy in town the business. I drove over to A.C. Moore and dropped off a print to have mounted using one of your in house frames with custom mounting and matting. I received a call that the framing was ready so I went and picked it up went back home to wrap it for Christmas to find that the poster image was wavy inside the custom frame. Took it back to see the store to see my sales associate Victoria Gaughan (pleasure to deal with) she was not there. I had to deal with what looked to be a store manager (no name tag) or at least someone knowledgeable with the framing department. I called the mishap to his attention and he couldn’t care less!!! In fact he proceeded to say that he did not do any dry mounting onsite that it had to be sent to New Jersey for dry mounting of the print! Really! Why wasn’t I told of this issue prior to mounting??? You always have to dry mount the print before framing or it will look wavy inside the frame with double matting! His lack of customer service and problem solving was staggering! He never even offered a solution to an obvious store problem. Not even to the point of “Give her the present then after the holiday bring it back in and we will remount”... Not even close... Just excuses as to why they wouldn’t have mounted it. What a joke! His lack of customer service has put a sour taste in my mouth as well as ruined a Christmas present for my loved one. Shame on you for providing me with the poorest customer service. Shame on me for intrusting you with a very important Christmas present. Your “Custom Framing Department” is far from custom. What a disappointing experience.
