Long black hair in the pasta & food with out falvours

I found a long black hair in my chicken cajun pasta so gross! I told the waiter there and he told his supervisor, The supervisor said this come out from the mushrooms...? How come? He said i will bring you another clean one. I said ok. He bring another one and while i was eating the shocking the same hair still there (in the fact he just hide it and manipulate _ what a shame / i ask the waiter what is this. He didn't reply me & the supervisor didn't show up again / he didn't take serious action & he didn't care about unpleasant customers (food was not cooked well and lack for fflavors. Bad experience indeed & i just cancelled my order and walked away for another serious restaurant. I think I'll not come back again.
