Shipped bad transmission and refuses to issue credit

Agreed to purchase a manual shift transmission for 5.0 Mustang. I received the transmission and had it professionally installed. The transmission was bad the minute we drove it out of the shop.

Calls to D & J go unreturned and when you get them they are of no help. Charlie of D & J spoke with his vendor and the vendor decided they did not want transmission back; Charlie agreed to credit my account. No success.

Spoke with Amanda and she said a credit would be issued. Two months later I am still awaiting credit.

This is the worst organization to deal with. I will take a vacation day and personally deliver the bad tranny and demand refund.
