Diet Dr Peppers with very bad tastes

I have been drinking diet Dr Pepper for at least ten years loyally. I buy at least 5-6 of the 16 oz bottle six packs weekly, sometimes more. Over the last year I have repeatedly gotten bottles that I have had to throw out. I've tried switching to cans and to 2 liter bottles only to find the same problem. They taste as if the sweetener has been forgotten, leaving only the taste of carbonation. I spoke to the complaint line about six months ago. The only response given to me was to ask for my address and send me a coupon for one six pack. I don't want or need free bad diet Dr Pepper. I want them to acknowledge the problem and fix it so I can continue to get the product I enjoy on a reliable basis. I am tired of throwing my money away every time I get a bad drink. I have spoken to others having the same problem but was told by the complaint department that they had never had anyone make this complaint. I don't want to become a diet coke drinker but looks as if I and others may have to do just that. Today was the final straw as I opened two cans from a twelve pack I bought today and they were both awful. #'s on the bottom of the cans are as follows: E2137HX. L32041.
