I made 2 separate orders from Dicks.
1st order made on 11/23 for compression shirt and pants. The pants arrived but not the shirt. I have made multiple inquiries about this shirt. I was told a replacement shirt will be ordered. I received shipping info through UPS. However, when you attempt to track the shipment. UPS website stated that will update soon as shipment arrives in their facility. I made more phone calls to Dicks. Was assured that it will be shipped. Same day I received a cancellation notice. No reason stated. I had to call Dicks again. The manager then stated that it was " out of stock". I was never offered a comparable shirt on a different color. It was just that " out of stock". Despite the fact that I just spoke to a manager 2 hours earlier and was assured my shirt was being shipped. They argued that my CC was never charged. I checked my CC statement, it was charged on 12/5. Up to this writing I still have not received refund from Dicks. No only did they mishandled my order. They have not refunded my money.
2nd order was placed 11/29- I received the shoes with ink tag still attached. I called and complained as I had to drive 1 hr / 1 way just to get to the nearest Dicks. I was offered $20 for my inconvenience. However they credited it to the gift card I used to partially pay for my shoes. The gift card was thrown away. I asked them to credit it to my CC that I used to pay for the same order. Until now they have not done anything.
I had to contact BBB.
To anyone who can read this, pick another sporting goods store to order from. Its not worth the hassle.
