HotCloseouts2013
Ipped off... Huge scam!

While browsing on HotCloseouts it asked for registration information in order to view items up for bid. There was no mention of charging me to do this, but once I entered my information, I was instantly informed that I was charged $99. NOWHERE on the site explained this! I tried to contact customer service in order to get a refund, but there was no way to contact anyone. I sent emails, but did not get a reply. My bank informed me that there was a phone number posted on my statement. I called this number but reached a florist. I told them the number I had dialed, and that was not even close to their actual number. The name that posted on my bank statement was zbiddy.com. I looked into this, and it was exactly like HotCloseouts2013... Once again no customer service contact information! This is a huge scam!!!
