Horrible

My family and I check in 11/25 to 11/29. We were private guest and we requested that no one come in our room. The maid came anyway. Our first room 219 the top lock was broken the only way we could lock the room was the bottom. On the morning of the 27 at 8:00 we were awaken by a tall black man that said room service after he was already in the room. The front desk and manager stated that they did not have a tall black man employed there. I filled a police report and he stated that they have reports of thieves using master key cards that will open the bottom lock if it is engaged. I asked the attendant to give us another room she gave us the room that was the fartest away in the middle of the nite. The shower knob was off and lying on the side of the tub. When we reported this to the assistance general manager. The morning of the 29th. She was late for work and ignored my present until the lady that was working the front called on her. She then watched the clock not really concern that if my husband wasn't with my son and I it might be a differant end. We decided to use this inn while visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday. Good ideal bad hotel.
