Unable to contact to resolve problem with my wifes wedding set

I bought a wedding set to replace my wifes set of 37 yrs from FUSION DIAMONDS. The sales person name was RYAN. The first time my wife wore the set one of the diamonds fell out. The set was returned for repair and sent back to us. Shortly after my wife put her rings on, went upstairs, returned, sat on the couch, looked at her ring and low and behold the same stone was missing. I have been trying to contact them since Aug30/13 both by phone and e-mail. To either repair the ring or refund my money. Thanks Alot FUSION DIAMONDS... BUyers Beware... Not a very happy canadian.
