Pudding Failure - Jello pudding

I recently had two cook & serve coconut cream puddings that failed to thicken properly. Both times I prepared them as per the instructions on the packages.initially I suspected an error on my part but two failures within 45 days leads me to believe the problem is with the product.

Also, in discussing this with a friend they informed me that they had experienced the same problem within the past 60 days.

Is there something new or amiss in this product that is causing this problem?

I prepare your puddings on a weekly basis and have not had a similar failure with any other flavors.
