I had rented a property in Hanoverton, ohio in September and the place was not sanitary and was in very bad condition but my family needed a place to live. The landlord had ensured that he was not happy with the condition of the home and therefore ensured that the place would be remodeled and repaired to a livable condition so I went ahead and signed the lease. My basement was flooded with sewage and the carpets were filled with dirt and looked as if grease were poured on the carpet. I had to beg and tell him they needed replaced because my children were getting sick... Two of the rooms ended up having carpet replaced but none of the others. I asked quite a few times when he had planned to fix the rest of the house and he kept ensuring me that it would be. So I kept paying rent until I finally realized he was going to do nothing of the sort. I stopped paying rent to save to get my family into a healthy home and he slapped an eviction on me. After that he had my neighbor which is a good friend of his... Michelle in Hanoverton that owns country video... Watch everything my family did. Which scared my children because she had cars park across the street to watch. Anyway, needless to say he is now slapping me with all damages to the home that existed before I rented the place. Do not trust this company!
