Do not give access to bank account!

I bought a router ay walmart.instead of returning it t walmart i thought belkin could help me figure out what was wrong with it. The told me it was faulty and that it was recomended for me to return it to them. They said they would send me a new one and i needed to send them the faulty router in 20 days or i wuld be charged for it. I thought it was fair. I was wrong. This was on the 26 of september. I filled out the forms necessary. They asked for my account information. On the 27 of september i was charged the new router that i havent received and their explanation is that it hasnt been charged just on hold. If i dnt have access to it then whats the difference. I didnt authorize any of this and it hasnt been 20 days for them to do this. I wasnt informed that this was their policy. If i knew they were gonna charge me for something i dont even have yet i would have said no and returned it to walmart. Least to say its the first and last time a buy a Belkin product!
