I have attempted to get Atandt to fix my home phone line, and after two weeks of not being able to fix the issue, they opened up a new ticket. Over 5 repairmen have been to my address, and none of them were able to determine the problem, and Atandt refuses to do anything besides continually sending technicians on this issue. As an up and coming teacher of biology, it is my responsibility to take calls from parents and students alike, and this issue, prevents me from functioning as a professional.
