I ordered a dress online from them. When it came in the mail it was completely wrong! We decided to order it with custom sizing and it was completely off! The quality of the dress was atrocious! So not only did the dress not fit at all but it looks awful! The seams are totally visible, the bottom of the overlay is tulle versus the lace that was shown in the picture! The lace threading is coming apart and terrible! I have tried contacting the company regarding a return/refund and they will not give a response at all! I tried messaging them thru their website, tried opening a dispute, via the website with the order, and also via my personal email to their customer service email! Very upset and heart broken!!
