Earlier this year, I was caught out by a scam, that initially cost me about $3,000 but after legal fees, etc. Of trying to find these people, I've decided that it's time to give up and move on. They're called The ATP Financial Group, and if you ever see the name, do what you can to stop them. I probably should have posted something sooner now that I think about it.

The story is that they sent me something in the mail saying that I had won $47,000 tax-free. Even now, it's far fetched right? So I called the number on the letter and the person told me what was going on. Feeling excited about it after the phone call, I went ahead and gave my credit card details over the phone. I haven't heard back from them since, and I can't find them anywhere on the internet.
