I have been with Reachout for about 2 years, Never had a problem until my original phone wall charger broke. The phone was so old i couldn't find a charger compatible in retail stores. I decided to "upgrade" from their website. I felt mislead that i was purchasing a brand new phone based on their pictures and lack of information. Then phone i purchased on 9/06 got here on 9/17. It wasnt the color i thought i ordered and when i opened the qwerty keypad none of the buttons functioned, the side volume button didnt work and the camera button also failed. I sent it back immadiately. I refused to pay the re-stocking fee and the Rep (Alex) said they would waive it. I see today 9/19 they received the phone, My credit card wasnt refunded. I called and they gave me the run around about how they're sending me a check and it could take 10-14 business days, Im ready to open a transaction dispute. Why keep me waiting?
