Returned phone May 9, USPS. Called reachout Wireless May 13 with tracking #, was told it would be 10 days. Still no refund to my credit card. Followed up call was told 48 more hours, no refund. Called back told 5 more days, no refund.? Called back told 5 more days, refund. Called June 10 was told 14 more days. I feel I'm getting run around. Let me add the confirmation showed they received the phone back on May 11, as of tomorrow June 11 will mark 30 days that received the phone back and has either failed or refused to return my refund to credit card.
