I also received a letter from DCL Global Financial Services, Orlando, FL, Head office. But branch office is in Dublin Ireland. First red flag. Said I won $50K, enclosed a check for $2,900. Same story call before cashing check. Support our Heroes Sweepstakes Raffle.US and European Vets. Another red flag. How dare they use our vets name in a scam. Nice looking check from State Farm Insurance Co. And JP Morgan chase Bank. I hope they are caught. Letter also from Dr. F.T. Russell. Don't fall for it.
