I placed an order for Aion Kinah with goldicq. Before placing the order I spoke to live support and asked 2 questions. 1 do you have the kinah in stock and 2 how long would it take once I place my order to have it delivered. They told me yes they had it in stock and it would only take 20 mins. Its been over 48 hours now still no Kinah. I have asked numerous times for a refund and keep getting the same responds that only a manager can refund me and he isnt in the office at this time. I have filed a dispute with paypal and waiting for them to refund me my money back at this time. Anyone who is thinking about using this company for its services dont bother!!
