They claim transactions are 100% safe... Not

I purchased kinah from this company for the online game Aion. They claim that if you purchase from them, then you will never get banned or suspended from the game. I thought this was good.
Then one day i tried to log back in, but it said my account was suspended, so I email ncsoft, and they told me it was because of purchasing kinah. So I spoke with the people at aiongold.org I told them what happened, and they said it wasnt their problem, I told them, you say its 100% safe and that we would never get banned or suspended, but I did, yet they still dont think it was their problem, they tried to blame me, saying I was using a bot.
I asked that they pay me back the kinah which I lost, because I'm a good customer, and that wasnt even my full amount. They are liars, and noone should buy kinah from that website.
