Have been attempting to contact company in order obtain a repair on a covered LG refrigerator. No response to voice mail or email.

Prior repair in 2011 was handled ok, however, it seems the company has now gone out of business. Appliances and warranty were purchased through HomesEverything which is now located on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn. Calls to the store receives responses such as they never sold the warranties, no relationship to BPG and they are having problems themselves contacting the company.
