I had gone on and did the whole free trial sign-up on 9/15, didn't see anything I liked, and canceled my membership the same day I signed up for the free trial. I didn't get a response to my email til the next day, which was 9/16, and when I checked my online statement today (9/18), I saw I was charged $39.95. I want the charge to be nullified since I had canceled before the free trial had expired.
