Charged me extra for what I didn't order - Veggie delite

The subway cashier did not speak English at all, and missed hearing my order first of all. Then she charges me extra for toppings I didn't even order, and messes up my order overall. When mentioned about the wrong charge, she argues and refuses to serve or help. Just very rude and illiterate behavior. I would like to report this location, for bad customer service and would tell all my friends at work to never stop at this place again!!!
