I ordered a Katie Caterpillar DVD from this company. I received a pirated version that was copied from a vhs tape because it was grainy and shook as we played it on our player. Also, it was a regular blank dvd with the title printed on it without a picture of the character. I tried to contact them without results. The voice mailbox is full and I can't seem to get any one to respond to my question of either getting a refund or an original copy for my grand kids to watch.
