Extremely slow service, rude waitress

Just this past weekend my family experienced the worst nightmare. It was our favorite day of the week which is Saturday. This is due to our family night. So that weekend we chose Longhorn Steakhouse in Albany, Ga. We usually go there at least twice a month. This time it took so long (actually twenty minutes to be seated). Then after requesting for the managerial staff; to no avail. We were finally seated.By then I was especially asking the waitress if I could receive a menu because our son who is twelve have to eat by a certain time due to his type 1 diabetes. She proceeded after around 15more minutes and then when we did finally order; they brought the incorrect meal. Thank God we check his food all the time before he eats. Bottom line this experience was not the best, but we continue to eat there because it's a favorite spot. We hope to hear from someone who will hopefully take a little time out to hear our complaint. Hopefully some good news will come through.
