Scam! - flowers non delivered from Wesley Berry

I ordered a large amount of flowers from them... in which was never received. I called customer service to let them know that the large arrangement of (over 150$) was never received and was told by three different people they were looking into it. I asked to talk to a supervisor and SHANE the sales rep told me he talks for the supervisor. Then he states they have a letter of confirmation that it was delivered and left on the front door step... in which never happened! They refused to do anything about it and Shane laughed when I said this is ridiculous. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! DO not use them total scam!!
