I wanted out after 2 hours

And I was told point blank I would get no refund. I was told the reason was because I had "used it". (ummm... How would one know they DON'T want a service unless they tried to "use it" a little?)
After another day of snubs and dashed hopes I tried again to back out and was rudely told to forget it.
When I signed up I got the six month plan and they took all the money at once, with no trial period, and no month-by-month deductions, I was immediately alarmed, and for good reason.
THEN I saw the fine print and found out that refunds ARE given for some problems but NOT if they get mad at you and cancel you out with NO prior negotiations with customer. And finally that's what happened in my case.
It might be easier for the BBB to get me the refund now... It's a lot more cut-and-dried.
These are sleazy e-THIEVES, make no mistake!
And it's easier to find a nice date on a desert island with NO other people within a million miles radius.
If you value your immortal soul (let alone your precious financial bottom-line) stay away from this ghastly e-body-chopper-for-geezers and other people who have seen a more ethical day in their lifetime!!
