I took a survey and was to receive a free gift except for the shipping. I did this on 8/13. I received the product and was charged for the shipping. Sixteen days later a charge appeared on my credit card for $98.37. For this product that was supposed to be free. I have closed my account, but I would like to be reimbursed for it.
