Unauthorized charges

I've had the same experience, as others, with this company. Unfortunately, I ordered the product right before the holidays, so it took a long time to get to me. I actually received the product 4 days before the 15 day trial period was over. I didn't even have the opportunity to open the bottle when I noticed the charge. I did use my debit card for this purchase, so I "hot carded" the number to prevent any further charges from this company. I was able to call 866-938-4832 and spoke with a rep that didn't speak English very well... She just kept telling me the policy until I asked to speak to her supervisor, 3 times, then she hung up on me. I hit redial and spoke with another rep who only told me their policy, twice, then gave me an RMA # for my return. I received a confirmation email the day I cnacelled. However, after reading these complaints, I am filing a fraud dispute with my bank in hopes of receiving a refund. The most embarrassing thing about this is... I work for the bank!: (
