Did not get my delivery!

Last night, 9/13, i ordered food using the online service. I ordered around 9:20pm, way before the 10:00pm cut off time. I waited for over an hour and half and no one showed up! And I also did not receive a confirmation email. I have only used this service once before on 4th of July of this year and received my food within 20 min! I was very impressed. I do not know what happened last night but that was not cool. I am very upset about this.
