Internet Latency Unfixed for Months Despite Repeated Calls

I have called them in June, July, every time they told me it will be fixed in August here we are in Middle of September now it wouldn't be fixed until October. They take my money every month but don't being a business owner don't provide services that are above and beyond. They say it will be fixed.
