I applied in canadian visa expert they told me i have to pay 928 us dollars for their sevices. I gave my debit account number and good thing i did not have enough funds at that time... When i check their company i discovered lots of complain saying they are scam. They send me a copy that if i will not pay the amount they will sue me. What are my rights??? I am staying outside of Canada and not sure if they have jurisdiction over me... Please advice me... Thank you
