I have requested the refund of my money last Thursday (May 2nd) - right after I spoke to its representative - but did not get any reply from the company yet. I contacted them by email 1h after I hung up.

I have sent emails to the Canadian Visa Expert company and to its relations manager Mr. Richard (contact I found here). No replies.

I have forwarded to you the request I sent last week to Canadian Visa Expert (02/05).

I kindly ask you to get in touch with the financial/account department of CVE in order to provide my refund as soon as possible.

I was contacted by phone 1h ago by a Canadian Visa Expert's employee named Dann Loyd (?) offering me visa application services.

I had doubts whether to purchase the service. However, I took into consideration the trust-able Canadian services and people I have known and decided to go further with the process. My Application ID: 147235466. Just a couple of minutes after I hung up I heard complaints on the company you represent and the services offered. (overcharging costumers, offering confusing and incorrect information)

Among other negative references and reports I found out.

I, therefore, no longer wish to have the Canadian Visa Experts support/service and I request immediately your company to cancel my registration, to REFUND the money already charged on my visa credit card (total amound CAD 909,00), to delete my personal information the company holds and I also request your company to do not contact again, unless if it is to sort out the refuding matter.

Details to refund: Visa Card - Transaction Code 654570 - Date: 02/05 16h25min (BsB-BR timezone).

Please, acknowledge the receipt of this email and provide as soon as possible the cancellation of my "order" and my refund.
