Ok I signed up for this so called program with standard captial and they are fake don't waste your time I bought stamps, envelopes, ink and spent my time riding in my car to see the prop after I got into this so called program. If I would have followed my first mind and not did this at all I wudnt be out of my money these properties r not under forclosure at all I called the county sheriffs office none of wht they said was true and I'm still fightn for my money bck o the refund money is not wht u spent its 10% processing fee so u get bck 179.10 if anything. So jus don't waste your time or money
