Received free samples shipped on 19th july which on taking, as precribed, had no desired effect on neither my weight loss or improved energy levels. Upon contacting the customer services (outside of the 14 days) I was informed that they had stopped a further supply but had already deducted £140 from my bank account. On informing them that I would like a total refund, I was informed that only half of the initial payment would be refunded, taking 15-20 days to materialise.in the meantime we have traced other complaints against these products and our reason, for lodging this complaint
