After they badgered me for a month to renew my sub, I finally did so. Never received an email. Confirmation number or license. Called customer support. Was told that I had not purchased anything. If so, then why was 43.92 taken out of my account and gone to Avast? Bank statement clearly shows this. Filed a ticket with them got auto response and still nothing.
Don't want their product in my machines now, just want my money back.
