Flexable Hose

I sent a Flex-Able Hose as a Christmas present and they were two 100' Buy one get one for the Postage. They were not used until May and they both broke. They will not replace them because of the Warranty. I understand this, but both broke within a week of each other. The cost was $69.92. What do I do.
