Flexable Hose

Had two of the 50' flexable hoses and thought they were the best. Lightweight, easy to store, and easy to manage when using. However the first one busted while watering flowers. The hose just seperated from the top clasp the screws to the nozzell. The hose just kept swirling around while completely dousing me with water.
The second hose broke also. It just seemed to pop in the center and leak.
Any possibillity of getting a refund?
