Advanced Tech Support is a Scam!
They have wiped everything off of my computer in an attempt do a one-time tune-up then add Virus Protection. I have sent a letter of complaint to the Boca Raton address on their website but returned stating "undeliverable".
I have lost everything and now worry about them accessing my private accounts after allwing them to remote in while they were trying to recover what they lost. Days and hours of solid phone calls. They're terrible!
