I contacted Cellan for a trial of their product for two payments of £5.95. They said I had 16 days for my trial before I had to tell them if i didn't wish to carry on, then after the 16 day trial I would be charged around £80 for it. Within 12 days they charged me the extra £180. I tried calling them about 20 times to cancle my order within the 16 day trial period but was told their systems were down and they couldn't access my information. This keeps happening and I'm worried they're going to keep taking my money without my permission. No one seems to be able to help me.
