My husband saw a pop up advert online offering free samples of Lift & Glow products. He subsequently ordered them for me to try. He did not realise that he was entering into an ongoing order with this company until we received more products from them and noticed £180 had been taken from his account. He then rang the company and explained how unhappy he was & they refunded half the amount. This was about 6 months ago. I still have the products & won't use them, they are sub standard (I am a beauty therapist), they feel like they have a high water content but no real active ingredients and I feel they are simply not worth the £90 that my husband paid. We have been ripped off. Is there anything we can do?
