They refuse to refund the prepaid shipping cost after I decided to host my units with another company. However, Butterfly Labs mentioned that they transferred the funds to the hosting company. And so I contacted the hosting company and they tell me that their company is not associated with Butterfly Labs.

Butterflies lies about the prepaid money going to the hosting company, and kept it for themselves. And ignores my emails and phone calls for two months or more. SO I am tired of their lies and illegal crimes, that I do not just want they to refund my shipping money but the entire sum or more.
