I want my money

On March3 i sign and pay to attend the fitness center. I went only 3 or 4 times the last day I went in I asked for a personal trainer. After meeting with him 30min. Later he said it will cost me $300 for about a month. So my fiance payed out his Debit Card $105.25 I had to pay the rest. I never did course I been having LOT'S OF FAMILY EMERGENCY PROBLEMS. I called spoke with a woman and told her can she please take me off the list I will not attend any more till everything is ok. I'm on SSI disability. And I can't afford to pay monthly. Well that didn't stop them this month they took all I had left on my debit card for groceries $62.44. And I called a worker told me the manager will call me back very soon they ignore me. I want my fiance 105.25put back in his account and I want my money back. They had no RITE to take my money and then ignore the situation.
