Terrible Service and Over Charged at PODS

PODS is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have in writting a quote that clearly states zero cost for delivery. After several very rude people and 6 hours on the phone PODS claims that the quote I have is invalid and they would not honor that price.in fact, they will charge my credit card $1500 just to delivery my PODS. This is utterly outrageous. I am so disgusted in this compnay that I will be filing a claim with 7 on your side. I hope this company gets the bad publicity that it deserves.
